I'm planning on buying this
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=902131863
for just one pickup. Would anybody have any interest in buying the remaining pickup and electronic?

We'll talk Al. I'm not looking to make a killing, but just to recoup some of the costs.

Paul, if the humbucker is intended for the bridge position of your "Viper Deluxe" I'll buy the original Viper bridge pickup if you want to unload it.

Paul, check the magnet spacing on the pickups when you get them. Maybe they were different for the neck and bridge? Maybe I dreamed that.... I recall Rickard wanting to have the ultimate coverage so the bridge pu was a wee bit wider spacing. Make sure you keep the right one.

From the photos, it looks like the wiring is still all hooked up so that should make it easier to known what's what. But I'll measure them out. If I find a difference, then I'll have to check the pickup I got from Paul T that is now in the neck position. Ultimately, I'm agonna get this right!

By the way, you never answered a question I posed a while back. Since you made the Bluebirds for GC, why not go with a Viper body (wooden) with the same configuration in order to capitalize on Glen's playing the Bluebirds?

The Viper was about dead on it's own and it was felt that while Glen is great he wasn't enough to pull a new model through the market. Also Glen didn't seem too interested in it. There was more push getting Neil Schon to play the UK2. That was the direction things were going then.
