In the early 80's, for a year or two, Ovation made a shallow bowl (now called mid depth) cutaway Legend. AAA spruce, stacked volume/tone control, etc. Beautiful guitar and fairly rare. About 84 or 85 they then offered the Glen Campbell model in a cutaway and this guitar disappeared. If I win the lottery on Wednesday, I'm buying this guitar. As far as the matched GC's, based on the foil label, I have some doubt they are really 1970. Didn't they start using the foil label around 1974? In your 1984 price list, what does it say about the 1567 Legend? I have always been under the impression the 15xx was the Ultra designation. Nice looking guitar.
