Elite question

This is the first shallow bowl I have owned.. It realy has a crisp,clear and bright sound.I do have one question the bass is on the light side can anyone recamend strings that can bring out the bass..I am not sure what factory strings come on the guitar? Thicker strings = thicker tone but with a shallow there is not much you can do..
