Location: new york city | I'm looking to buy a CC026 from music123 (they have a pretty good deal for it now) and I was wondering if it has the old DJ preamps or the new OP premap w/ built-in tuner.
Anyone have any ideas? Thanx in advance! |

Location: Pittsburgh PA | I recently bought a CC057 with the new electronics and built in turner. I saw a CC026 in the store at the time and it also has the new electronics and built in turner.

Location: new york city | I was thinking about the same thing and emailed Ovation about it. Here's their reply:
Yes. Contact Customer Service at 860-379-7575.
Is it possible to order a spare OP-series preamp for my guitar? Thanks! |

Location: New York, NY | According to Ovation's 2002 catalog. The CC026 appears to be discontinued. What looks like the CC026 with OP11 pre-amp is actually the CC024. The only other difference is the CC024 is mid-depth, while the CC026 was a deep bowl. You can download the catalog (.pdf file) at www.ovationguitars.com. |
