I'm hitting the road this afternoon with my wife and two small kids. I have roughly 24 hours to cover 1000 miles to Savannah (might be a country song there), and have to be ready for choir rehearsal tomorrow night.

Hoo boy! Wish me luck. You may not hear from me again for a while. Internet access will be spotty.

If you need to stop around exit 4 on the jersey turnpike - give me a call :)

Have a safe trip,

Mike

Oh yeah! The mandocello gets to come out of the rehearsal closet in earnest this weekend! That should be fun.

I've written new lyrics to the tune of Marie's Wedding to spring on the bride and groom at the reception, and I can't think of a better instrument to use. (Of course, I can barely play the dumb thing, but with enough beer in the crowd, who cares?)
