I am elated. I will shortly endeavor this. I chose a Les Paul body pattern. I will not take the time for a carved top...it will be a mahogony flat top with a bookmatched Mahogany crotch veneer surface. I haven't decided on the neck/fretboard. Any suggestions for pickups? He likes Seymor-Duncans. Cost about $50 a piece. bd
