Lifting bridge question

I have heard a few people talk about their bridges raising up on their Ovation guitars. How common is this? Is it something I should look for on my older Ovations? Does anyone know what type of glue the factory uses to mount bridges? I guess years of string stress takes a toll and pulls the bridge up. Please let me know what yall know about this. It will not fail like Martins and those that use wood glue. Not that the wood glue is bad because you can take off a Martin bridge or neck with steam and the right tools. You'll only take off an Ovation bridge with a grinder or a chisel. Now if the finish under it fails or there wasn't enough glue applied then the edges can lift.
