My son sent a celebrity cc257 to ovation for a headstock repair 6 weeks ago and we cant seem to find out any status on the repair, I realize the major problem is with the dealer that sent it in (we cant even get the rma #)but phone calls and emails have come up empty,now they say everyone's at namm and cant get an email answer before jan 22,seems like poor customer service.

I am curious, I thought that Ovation New Hartford declines korean repairs. except in certain circumstances. That would ruin the maytag way. LOL really curious.

well after more phone calls and more run around you are right,so I don't know who has it, the music store tech said Kaman Corp. so I assumed New Hartford, supposed to hear more tomorrow.
