I was in the Army with a guy from Hendersonville, and he described it as an Oasis in a southern wasteland. He also got married and showed up at Ft. Eustis, VA with a brand new 1954 Pontiac, two tone beauty wedding present, to shut us $75 a month dogfaces up. His name was Phil Elliot, I reveal that to get revenge if he is still around Hendersonville. That new Pontiac was over the line.
