Luxury problem with my new Adamas - who can help?

Joined: April 2003 Posts: 32 Location: Netherlands I have a question about the XLR output jack of my new Adamas guitar. In the manual it says I need an XLR cable with a "ground to shell" to make the automatic amp switch work. Well, apparently I don't have one, as the XLR doesn't give any output until I plug in the normal 6mm plug in the other output. So: what is a ground-to-shell XLR cable and where can I get one? Thanks!
