Location: Manchester NH.
I bought ovation celebrity 257 from e-bay but it has output 1/4" jack connector problem. So, could you tell me where the website that I can buy it to replace the old one. I used to e-mail ask ovation customer support but I got noting back. Also,my city doesn't have ovation dealer

I could be wrong, but I suspect that you could go to any Guitar Center, or even a Radio Shack to get the female part of the plug that you need.

You need a 3-pole TRS (stereo) jack socket, obtainable from Radio Shack as Paul M suggested, though you'd be better off buying a good-quality Switchcraft version from Allparts or Stewmac (www.stewmac.com) It's a ten minute job to install if you can solder.

If you're going to solder on a guitar, it's a good idea to cover as much of the guitar as you can in order to avoid getting a drop of solder on the finish. I learned this the HARD way.
