Location: So. Cal. | I just like to share my excitement with all of you fellow OFC'ers. I finally found my dream (one of many!) O - natural old style Custom Legend, no p/u, no cutaway, it even has the metallic label.
I always love the CL, but I have never found one as pure as this. I never really like the things they did to the new CL, with the inlaid rosette and all. This one sounds like the older O's that I have, strong and solid bass, nice ringing treble. Wait 'til I have a chance to record it with a mic.
Just me and my Custom Legend! |

I spent last weekend playing one of these strung Nashville at a gig in Texas. A wonderful instrument. |

Congratulations!!!
The day before I left for the OFC Tour, I went into a local shop for strings and the had one JUST like that one for $700. Couldn't swing it.
Went back a couple of weeks ago, and it was gone.
Damn!!
Anyway, congrats again!!
A nice addition to the collection. |

Location: Lafayette, Louisiana | I meant to say I am a huge FAN of the Custom Legend guitar. Those are the Ovations I love the most. Deep bowl, non-cutaway. I will say it again, that is a beautiful guitar! Damn I love the look of those!.....Paul Hebert |

Location: Las Cruces, NM | Super nice guitar, I'm just thankful it isn't a 12 string or I would have to hunt you down and take possession in whatever manner possible, as that is what I would like in a 12 string. Don't relax too much, my GAS attacks may revert to 6 string paroxysms.

I can be hired to protect your guitars from this wild man Bailey. But be forewarned, if he brings scotch, I'll be likely to join him on his misadventures! |

You have some pretty nice guitars, I'll meet you at you're house with some Glenfiddich and we'll toss a few back. That will protect a lot of the other members. I think I can be back accross the CA border in my hot 90 GMC Suburban, headed for "the badlands of New Mexico" (El Paso, Marty Robbins) loaded down with a Custom Viper etc. and cranking that big V8 (the speedo only goes to 85, it pegs pretty easy), before you recover from the siren song of a single malt.

It's a '76 (check my gallery). I stumbled upon it totally by accident. I have a habit of searching the web (not eBay) for guitars by keywords. I have found a couple of Adamas's this way. eBay is getting too crowded these days, it's not always easy to find a good deal on a good guitar.
