I find the neck a little difficult to play, it's hard to get/keep in tune, and I'm not real thrilled with the top/bridge quality. Bear in mind, I bought mine used ($200), so these trifles could indeed just be inherent to this individual guitar, but I wouldn't go out of my way to track down another one. It'll be a "beach 12-string". Sorry, but I know nothing of the Celebrity model of which you speak.
