Just out of curiosity, why can't you say that it is an Ovation.

I guess that this must be related to the fact that you listed the auction under the "Other Brands" category rather than "Ovation".

I would guess it is because it is not an Ovation. It was built by an Ovation employee, on his own, but not by the Ovation company.
