Ovation Acoustic Bass

I have carved many Ovation bass necks, I have a templet for a bass neck and it is a thick "V" shape. I am looking to go more for the electric feel, maple neck on a maple fretboard. I have to do what is what wanted by Ovation/Acoustic bass player's. We can carve a neck to spec.......u name it. It plays and sounds great and the neck feels very comfortable, though I was a little surprised to find it has a 2-piece rather than a 5-piece neck.
