I know that the actual measured nut width varies somewhat, but I'm curious about the following:

My Folklore Deluxe is advertised to have a nut width of 1-3/4 inch. However the (standard) Folklore is advertised to have a 1-7/8 inch nut. Can someone comment if this is a true design difference or just a typo. I measured my Folklore Deluxe and it's somewhere between 1-3/4 and 1-7/8, so that does not really answer the question.

I think they really ARE different by design. I bought a digital micro-caliper and did some measurements. I no longer have a standard Folklore, but I measured the following other guitars:
Country Artist = 1-7/8
Josh White = 1-7/8
Folklore Deluxe = 1-3/4

Great stuff, I hope you didn't measure any personal things with your calipers.
