In going thru my old Ovation catalogs, I find that I have nothing from about 1985 until 1991 (except for a fold out that may have come out during that time, but has no date). Does anybody have any catalogs from the late 1980's?

From the catalogs, it looks like they shut down during that time.

I'll contact Miles about this. I know that Temp has volunteered to help with it. But scanning takes a long time, so this project will do the same.

See. I knew there had to be a reason.

Now what's the real reason?

Maybe 85-91 were the "save the trees" years. Still needed the wood for the guitars (along with the plastic, ha ha), so had to suspend the use of paper for the brochures. Dave

It was the "Madonna (SeeYouNextTuesday) Years".
Nobody was playing acoustic guitars then. ;)
