Ring 'em up and tell 'em they're dreaming. |

| Back in the early 70s a friend of mine knew someone at a music shop and they used to lend us instruments for a few days at a time like over the weekend or whatever.
Anyway, I borrowed a 1950s Gold Top with the soap bars on it. I can't remember the exact year but I could have bought the guitar back then for something like $1,200 or whatever they were asking - might have been slightly more or less as I can't remember the exact amount but it was nominal - anyway, I didn't buy it - big mistake..lol
And that guitar really sounded great too. |
