Can anyone recommend a strap for a Folklore Deluxe, or any guitar in which the rear strap button doubles as the output jack. The straps I have I can't seem to get them on that extra large rear button.

Use any strap where the part that goes on the strap button is made of leather. Cut about a 1/4 inch opening extending out from the hole in the leather. This will allow it to fit over the larger button/endpin jack. Dave

Thanks, Dave, for the tip. I tried cutting the leather end to make the hole bigger, and although I was able to get it over the endpin jack, I found the fit is never quite right because the hole itself is just too small. I would be concerned about the strap coming off by accident, but it is an improvement.

FYI: I did find one company, John Pearse Strings, that makes a strap specifically for endpin jack guitars. It might be worth checking out, although from the picture alone, the hole still looks kind of small to me.

That's a pretty nice strap. I like the removable cable holder. Dave
