I hate to do this again, but Russ hasn't surfaced for too long a time. Has anyone heard from him privately? I don't like to intrude on his privacy, but Russ is an EX New Mexico native and one of my favorite contributors from Puerto Vallarto, which I envy his life of luxury in a foreign land, but I am really concerned about his welfare.

Anyone know anything??

Norseman seems to be absent as well. And we haven't heard much from Woz.

Yes, I miss them too

Norseman, I wasn't surprised not to hear from as I always thought that the phone lines up there freeze up just like the water lines in your house when the temp drops. The problem, I have heard, is that when the phone lines thaw out in the spring we are apt to be deluged by a whole winter's worth of posts that may shut down the site. The people living up there are used to their phones ringing incessently at the first spring thaw and when they pick them up out comes an unending torrent of gossip and sometimes outrite lies from people that have been trapped in an igloo like house with no contact with civilization for 6 months. (Much of the conversation has to do with when the babies are due). Seeing your notes frozen above your guitar might also have a frightening effect.
