I want to replace the case for my black UK II. The case has always been bad, but now I want to spend a little of my Christmas money and finally replace it. I've had it since 1982, and played it a lot for five years.
Anyone know what current Ovation case I can replace it with? Or is there a better alternative?

TIA

Ovation not longer makes a case for the UK II. So it's either buy another used one or buy a substitute.

I've got a couple of mine in this type of case:

Thanks. I wonder if this one would work:

Any ideas, anyone? It's for the old Viper (not the new accoustic Viper). At least, I THINK it's for the old Viper.

I'd like an Ovation-branded case, if I can. :D

I am rather sure the same case that fits the ukII fits the preacher and viper. I had a few NOS ones up in the attic that I bought years ago. I am not sure if I used them all up. I can check and let you know.

I'll wait. Pardon my ignorance but what does NOS stand for?

NOS a term I borrowed from when I sold vintage auto parts means New Old Stock

NIB borrowed from tube resellers is New In Box
