There's a very expensive second hand version on Amazon, but I don't want to pay 3 times the original new price. I used to have a copy and someone borrowed it. |

Location: Central Massachusetts | Sorry, Richard, we have a local used book store (Powell's) that has a pretty extensive used inventory. No joy on that title, though. Googling around a bit and all roads lead to that Amazon seller. Good luck! |
