Echoes is a nationally syndicated PBS music service (by subscription). Echoes listeners put 'Everybody Loves You' by Ovation Artist Kaki King (my daughter) in their "Favorites of 2003":

Actually Steve, when you put it THAT particular way, more like a Jenna Jameson title, but no . . . .that came from "cheezie" 60's/70's New York AM radio stations.
Molto Basso "DJ" voice just DRIPPING with reverb ". . . and the HITS just keep onnnn CUM-ming! . . . ." ;)

Anybody here that can recall their "Cousin Brucie" (and still flinches) will know what I'm tawkin' 'bout.

. . . least that's where I got it from, . . you may be right about the Nesmith album, I don't know. I only really remember one of his albums, and I know it by the cover art and not the title  (go fig'ya).
