For those of you with Shipping Anxiety Stress Syndrome (SASS) - You might not want to look at this.

Maybe a reprint.

Thanks Al Dropped the shims from the bridge and She's ready to play! Really Nice! Thanks again! gotta pick up all the packing crap on the living room floor today I'm getin the hairy eyeball from my wife! Randy

Took one out Al. When I worked the top end the lift was just enough to stretch the tune out of the E & B string noticably. Neck is great and don't get me wrong here I am totally enthralled! with this guitar. But ??? I wish Ovation had not changed their color combinations on these must be sometime between making the 1687-7's & 88-7's and the newer 1587-7's & 88-7's they changed the Beige outer color that fades to blue to an almost stark white outer ring that fads to blue. I have airbrushes and a small spray booth. I am so so tempted to try and match that color by meticulously taping off the neck, leafing, bridge, and body. Perhaps I caould buy a few oz's of that color from Ovation and with a little luck match these two guitars exactly? They are both so beautiful the way they are I am being Anal here but to be honest I liked the older color's. Ovation must have found out everyone like these color's and decided to change them for reasons unknown!
Nice Guitar Al.. We will be doing business again perhaps an Adamas Bass with the old #7 color. For the time being I have two of the nicest Acoustic Guitar masterpieces ever made! and that Sound! I have never heard their equal's! (of course that's a matter of personal preference)
