Location: Las Cruces, NM | I just watched a PBS program on the Carpenters, and it was pretty good, especially in discussing how they found and developed their hit songs. In one of the scenes I swear I saw an Ovation electric hollow body, like a Storm os some such, anybody know anything about this? |

Location: Las Vegas | I saw them "live" in '72, if I remember their touring bassist (who was miming to Joe Osborn on the recorded music tracks) used a Typhoon bass. He often appeared on the TV show and other TV appearances.
