Best wishes to all those going on the tour this week. Still makes my heart ache to think that I won't be there. Here's a photo from last years event of me playing "Old Number 6". Have a great time. Dave

Dave;

You'll be sorely missed . . by me especially.

Gimme a "heads up" next time you might be coming out NYCway again.

My Best Wishes to Your Mom.

Who said the llama was going to be slaughtered?

And Dave will be sorely missed.

I'm not sure if spurs are required for a llama. Maybe a step-stool. Hey Mike (TRBoy) - what's this about comparing birthmarks? Didn't George Michael get busted for that kind of stuff? Anyway, I'll be thinking of all of you. I only hope my son would make this kind of supreme sacrifice (missing OFC tour) for me when my time comes. Far in the future, I hope. But hey, look on the bright side of all the money I'm saving by not going. I can tell you from last years experience that the air fare and hotel are cheap compared to all the things you come away saying "I have to buy one of those". The months following the tour played havoc on my budget. But hey, I thinned out the herd in order to finance my addiction and got rid of quite a few (13 to be exact) that were nice Ovations, but were not spectacular or collectable. I invested in some nice referb projects, including my Slothead. Found a few rare pieces I had been looking for. And most importantly made a hell of a lot of good friends right here on this board. Enjoy your visit. Dave
