A friend of mine has an Ovation Preacher that needs some fret work. He asked me if the Ovation factory does work on the old solidbody guitars. He would like to send it back and have a fret job done. Does anyone know if Ovation would do that work on a Preacher? I told him I don't think so, but does anyone know?

I've seen some of the old solid body guitars in the service dept. there. Call Kim and ask, but I'll bet you lunch they'll do it. John <>{

I sent my mahogany solidbody Viper back to the factory for a total refinish. So they definitely work on them, you'll have to ask Kim if they do fret jobs. Kim told me on Monday that the Viper is in transit back to me ... can't wait!!!

call john budny or kim keller in the service department, they will tell you what can and can't be done and for how much and how long it would take
