I referenced one of these in another thread. I bought one in red. It isn't fancy, but I am proud to have it. The copyright issue didn't occur to me, but I don't think that the free publicity hurts Ovation.

It would be trademark not copywrite, and in that form, I dont think they'd mind. If that guy (or gal) did a whole line of stuff... I'm sure they'd want to talk turkey or get him to quit.

wasn't worried about the trademark, haven't heard from the seller...was curious whether he had a bunch, or he made them, and the cost when buying more than one at a time.

maybe he would place OFC on the label...

I thinks it's taken off of one of Ovations manuals/catalogs. I've definitely seen it before.
