I got and it is very inspiring. I am looking for the right teacher this summer to expand my three chords. If I gave him this rendition and asked him to get me there we would both have plenty of challenges!

Chet Atkins playing a blend of Dixie and Yankee Doodle simultaneous. I'm sure he did others, but this one stands out (kinda)!

I have managed to do "Alice's Restaurant" and a few simple fingerstyle assemblies. I need tofind a good Teacher to learn more! Mr. Russell was very inspiring! |

Location: Fayetteville, NC | I heard Jim Stafford Do The Dixie/Yankee Doodle Dandy on Guitar once. It absolutely Blew Me away.
Though he's often Known For Novelty Tunes, He's actually a Pretty Good Picker. One Part was Played on the Bass Strings while he played the other part on the high strings. I kept looking to make sure he didn't have an extra Set of Hands. :D |
