Location: NC | Can anyone advise which entry level amp would be ideal for use that has more bang for the $ and cost between $130-$180......thnkas. |

Location: south east Michigan | I asked the same question a couple months ago. I wound up with a Fender Acousti-sonic 30. Although mores expensive, and perhaps "better" ones were suggested, the Fender fit my budget and purpose. I have had it a few months now and am happy with it.
Although it is about the cheapest, It is a bit over the $180 figure.
You can look into a used one on E-bay, but that brings in other issues.

Location: Ontario, Canada | Give the Yorkville acoustic amp line a try. Yorkville is the parent company of "Traynor" amps. Their acoustic amps and stage/audio equipment is marketed under the Yorkville name. Anyhow, amzing sound for very little money. Definitely worth trying out. |

Location: Tampa, Florida | I have to say the Ultrasound AG30 is by a mile the best acoustic amp under $200. It is an awesome amp. Truly a smaller version of a professional amp. It is astounding. Very clean reproduction of acoustic sound, no coloring of the sound.
