No, I don't think he plays and Ovation, but, hey...he's good, so who cares?! He and percussionist Joe Ascione have a new album out, '33 1/3,' on the Hyena Records label. I inquired with Hyena to see if it was available as a download (buying retail is a waste to me...don't need the jewel case and I don't generally read liner notes, besides, more money for the artist this way, right? Right?) , which it wasn't, but Kevin at Hyena *made* it available (via disclogic.com). I thanked him, told him how much I appreciated it, how much I (and my family) enjoyed the album and that made it's way to Mr. Vignola, who sent me a personal note! Made my day.
Now, how should I go about proslytizing him so he switches to Os? :)
