Welcome 0^6. I'm not an electric player, but there are many here who'll give you an opinion. |

| I didn't say the opinions would be valid or useful. |

If you could post a pic or describe "she needs adjustements (i have to change the floyds tunes the neck or change it i dont know)" a little more.
In general, the two-humbucker w/Kahler is a nice guitar if it's in good shape. They never had Floyds anything on them, so I'm not sure your's is original, so basically we just need more info to help. |

Kahler Flyer = Kahler Flyer Tremolo.
"Floyd" is short for "Floyd Rose" which is another brand of Tremolo. Kahler is the brand Ovation uses and it's kindofa Mac vs PC thing so I wouldn't confuse them too much in public if I were you :)
The SN won't date it and is rather meaningless, they were built in the early 80's.
If you can send picture of broken part to mileskb at aol.com I have spare Kahler parts. Is it the little black piece that holds the ball of the string? By the way, not a fun part to get at.
Spare knobs are easy to come by, I have them as well, however if you play plan on playing a lot, it would be worth putting metal ones on. The knurled ones are great. |
