You can find a ton of information on Aria Guitars here, at the 'Guitars of Matsumoku site. If you click through to the CS (Cardinal Series, not Club Sound!) page, you'll find the different CS models listed, along with specs.
I'm betting the one on fleaBay that you linked in the OP is a CS-200 with a single Protomatic IV HB pup. It *could* be a single pup CS-300, but the CS-300's look to have had a gloss finish, while the CS-200's look to have had a matte finish, which is what the evilBay auction looks like to me.
At any rate, with that all out of the way, did you win that auction or is this just a research project? |

Location: San Bernardino, California | Yeah! I'd say it's a CS-200. Thanks!
It's on my work bench right now. |

Location: San Bernardino, California | I ALWAYS tear a new purchase down to the components in order to clean and inspect them.
So far have replaced one tuner, re-wired the pickup for series/parallel and cleaned it up.
In the process of stringing, setting relief and intonating right now. |
