The show "Lost" is about people stranded on an island after a plane crash. One guy is a rock star. To his delight, his guitar survived the crash. (no surprise there)
Heck, even the black hard shell case had some airtime. |

great news! I was going to post earlier aboiut my sighting on Sunday. But somehow overlooked it until i saw your Post. On Sunday Morning there was a nice Segment on AL Green and in it he is playing a Custom Legend. Can't remember if it was CBS, NBC, or ABC but there it was nice close shot of Al Singing and playing the Custom Legend. He was also sighted on the Willie Nelson and friends Special recently playing what looked like an Elite Special. That's alot of greatexposure for Ovation! Of course we could always use more of that! |

The guitar looked to me like a burgundy LX Legend. I'm not positive on the model.
There was another part of the show where , if I'm not mistaken, the character was being handed an additional Ovation (acoustic guitar) case, and was saying "Oh, that's my bass". It was quick, so I'm not positive on that either. I recall thinking, that case looks kind of wide for a bass, unless it's an acoustic one.
What do I know. I was just amused to point out an Ovation on TV. Michele looked at me and rolled her eyes-as to suggest I should shut up so she can hear the dialog.

I thought the headstock was "painted". It could have been just the light. There was a quick view of the pre-amp, but I could not tell what it was. No truss rod cover that I could see. |
