| My 79 Adamas arrived today. I was really amazed the acoustic sound with my first E chord strum. Wow!!! I was really impressed. The black circle diskthat hides the elctronics and comes off the back, how is that attached??? Mine was loos and came right off. does it screww on ?? Also the battey was rattling around in the bowl. I see that battery attachment, but it has no cover, is this correct? |

P2P: Glad you're happy with your guitar. They are real boomers. Just wonderful instruments. Now that you have a 6 string Adamas, it's time to start looking for an older Adamas 12. |

| This one has the circle door on the back center of the bowl. I do not think that I will be lugging around that vintage case that ways a ton!!! Anyone know of a good study gig bag that fits these deep bowl Ovations? |
