Besides the really nice email from a friend, I got a beautiful Levy's guitar strap from my son. |

And the Paul Westerberg "Folker" CD. My youngest son bought me a travel alarm clock. :)
Still hoping for the call home from my son who is a Marine recruit ... not so much for me, but it would mean the world to lady stonebobbo and nothing I could get her could compare to that. |

Location: Midland, MI | Danged if I didn't get nothing music related for the holidays. Odd, too, as I know there were some on my list (the Jack Zucker jazz guitar book, various Aebersold play alongs, etc.). Huh, hadn't really thought about it, though.
Stonebobo and the Missus...here's hoping you get that call! And when you do talk to him, tell him thanks. |

All she did was shake her head... I guess I didn't have to "insult" her...
I have "plans" to take it to the Mother Ship for some loving. If, and if, and if... This might become a special one. I will give details of the face lift... IF....
Son # 2 got the "new" Gibson GA-5 amp. Great little amp for school. Son # 3 got his 21" Sabian Rock Ride... "This is the same as Chad Smith"...
So Santa did show up big. Lot's of noise, ah, music going on... You only live once then...
Woz
PS: Stony... I have fingers crossed for that call.
PSS: Willard, good to hear from you... 05 will be your year! |

Location: Tennessee | Thaks all for the kind thoughts ... alas, no call from the pfc to lady stonebobbo. This was the first Christmas when all the chicks were not in the nest, and I guess even though we get old we still have episodes of growing up. lady stonebobbo was philosophic tho' -- "I guess the Marines is not like the Boy Scouts" sez she. Sometimes the right thing is not the easy thing. |

My Wife says she'll keep me! I'm OK with that.
Thank you all for listening. Come January 1, it all starts over!
Peace |

Actually, nice that Santa brought you something you obviously will enjoy. My neighbor got a such-and-such Torque Wrench. The "adamas" of torque wrenches. You should have heard him go on and on about it. I was bored out of my skull, but obviously his wife knew what would please him. Just wish my knew what would please me ... |

Location: Los Angeles, California | My wife and I went to GC Christmas Eve to pick up some last minute stuff. When I went to check out she was gone. Found her in the accoustic room with a CC057 playing Christmas carols. She wouldn't put it back. She was in love! "O" Christmas tree, "O" Christmas tree... "Look, honey! It's on sale!" What could I do? At least it's an "O".
When we got home she couldn't wait to plug it in. We have a 180 watt Rickenbacker 1/2 stack that lives in the living room. I gotta say, it really sounds beautiful! She hasn't picked up her strat since.

Gotta do that title track for P&W.
Would have also liked the Simon and Garfunkel 2003 DVD that Gerald received.
Michael W. can't do Bridge Over Troubled Water nearly as well as S & G. |
