Well, the fellow that won the bid lives in Spain/France and has pretty good feedback. He bought Stonebobbo's guitar about 2 weeks ago and seems to bid on a lot of Ovations.

I sent the seller an email asking what was going on. I will see what kind of reply I get.

24 hours later and no response from the seller.

Something is starting to smell on this one.

That really bites. His auction terms say that he will ship worldwide, but the text itself sais
"I will only ship to addresses in the USA"

Rude of him to not contact you and let you know.

Just got a reply from the seller and I quote.

"It is a relist of the original auction"

Did not answer any of the questions that I ask. The guy has a good rating which leads you to believe he is legit but based on Phillipe's experience and his response to my email, I personally won't be bidding again.

He had a nice price the first time out. This time I hope he eats it and it sells for a few hundered less.

that was a good price. He seems fishy. I am not bidding. I hope he eats it.
