| New Ovation owner - my first. Just purchased a beautiful Celebrity Deluxe Acoustic Bass (CC274) on a whim. Never expected to win with my EBay bid of $215. Is this a good price? Don't see much non-solid body chat. How do their acoustic/electrics stand up? What strings do people use? Never had an acoutic bass before - main axe is a Fender Jazz, Mustang, Guild 301B (my first bass). Looking forward to playing in Central Park with friends. Ciao. |

That's a good price. I have come close to trying on some of those - I don't play bass! For that price I could try it and resale easily enough.
I hope you hear from some real bassists (sp) soon!
