I can tell you what is isn't, but not exactly what it is.
It's not a Legend b/c it doesn't have a five piece neck.
It's not a Balladeer b/c it has binding on the neck.
It's wierd b/c it has an under the saddle pickup and "two knobber" controls.
I think that it's an early Celebrity or perhaps an Ultra. Whatever it is it's definitely NOT worth the starting price.

Looks like a Celebrity from the mid to late '80s. Not a USA made guitar from the looks of it.

It's probably a Celebrity from the middle 80's.
I own a catalog from 1984 and this guitar seems to be very close from the models in this catalog:

Well it was just a guess, but in the Wonderful World of radio Broadcasting, We see all sorts of Abbreviations and Acronyms! :-) Some we probably Don't want to repeat here! :D
