Location: Florida | Did Ovation ever make a brown textured bowl guitar? Got a pleasant treat today in church... the worship music leader and guitar player had (instead of his usual Takamine) and brown bowled, sunburst top, gold hardware'd Ovation. I had to do a triple take! I didn't get to see him afterward, but it had a gloss headstock, and clearly the Ovation logo. Appeared to be a deep bowl too, and either had no markers, or the markers were not easily seen. |

Location: Latitude 39.56819, Longitude -105.080066 | Several of my O's have the brown bowl.
I know my 1537 and 1681 do because I can see them across the room. I think one or two of the others also have the brown textured bowl.
