adding a magnetic pickup

Anyone try adding a magnetic pickup to the mix? If so, will it plug in with a short mogami without mods to the guitar? I don't know the answer but the thought has crossed my mind. Are you thinking of running the 2 outputs to different amps/channels? Take note that all the reviews I've ever read of Parker guitars say that the piezo is way louder than the magnetic pickups and I know for a fact that this true of Telecasters with the Fishman power bridge.
