And the girl on the phone never heard of the Ovation fan club, (she will by June 18th.) Anyways is there another name I should be using. She must not have read the memo. The Salesperson assured me that the front desk knew, and I believe at least one other person already made reservations getting the Ovation Fan Club rate. Give another call, and have them check with the sales person.
